Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon Radio Interface Layer allows local users with high privileges to compromise device data and operation. The layer mishandles memory while sending an SMS or writing an SMS to a SIM; Qualcomm has not disclosed the faulty function or operation. Reachability requires local access with high privileges, and successful exploitation can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction.
