Memory disclosure via freed embedded-font object
Published Feb 17, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Use-after-free in embedded-font parsing in Adobe FrameMaker 2020 Update 4 and earlier and 2022 allows attackers to disclose memory via crafted files. The parser operates on an embedded-font object without confirming that the object still exists, exposing process memory after the object is freed. A victim must open the crafted file or visit a malicious page; the disclosure can reveal ASLR data and support a separate code-execution flaw.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
