Application crash via undersized TIFF strip buffer

Heap-based buffer overflow in ImageMagick before 7.1.1-9 allows attackers to crash an application by inducing a user to open a crafted TIFF file. ReadTIFFImage in coders/tiff.c sizes its strip buffer from ordinary samples alone and as byte elements, omitting extra TIFF samples and the uint32 storage width used during decoding. Exploitation requires user interaction with a malicious TIFF, and the documented consequence is an application crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
