CC Mode manipulation via missing device status check

Improper privilege management in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 11, 12, and 13 allows physical attackers to alter CC Mode behavior. The CC Mode implementation fails to perform a proper device-status check before permitting the device manipulation. Physical access and an undisclosed specific condition are required; Samsung reports confidentiality and integrity impact without availability impact.
