Local code execution via unchecked resource array

Out-of-bounds write in Samsung Blockchain Keystore before 1.3.12.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code in the bc_tui trustlet. The trustlet processes a BC_TUI_CMD_SEND_RESOURCE_DATA_ARRAY command without a sufficient boundary check, permitting data to be written beyond the intended buffer. Reaching the flaw requires high local privileges, and successful exploitation executes code inside the device's TrustZone-protected trusted environment.
