Unauthorized ContentProvider access via PendingIntent hijacking

PendingIntent hijacking in CertificatePolicy on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Apr-2023 Release 1 allows local users to access a ContentProvider. CertificatePolicy exposes a PendingIntent that another local app can hijack, but Samsung does not disclose which intent property makes it interceptable. Low-privilege local access is required, and successful exploitation crosses the ContentProvider permission boundary on affected Android 11, 12, and 13 devices.
