Stack-based overflow in SECRIL before Android 12 allows local users to corrupt memory through IpcRxEmbmsSessionList. Samsung identifies improper input validation at that locus but has not disclosed the malformed field or unchecked memory operation. Exploitation requires highly privileged local access and high-complexity conditions; corruption can expose memory and alter or interrupt processing.
