CVE-2023-21450

Cross-profile widget disclosure via unchecked gestures

Published Feb 9, 2023 · Updated Mar 24, 2025

Missing authorization in Samsung Electronics One Hand Operation + before 6.1.21 allows physically proximate attackers to view an owner's widget. The gesture-setting path exposes owner-profile widget content to a secondary device user because it does not enforce the profile boundary. Exploitation requires physical access to a configured Galaxy smartphone or tablet with multiple user profiles and discloses widget content without changing it.
