Improper authorization in ChnFileShareKit on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Jan-2023 Release 1 allows local users to control BLE advertising. An unprotected ChnFileShareKit action accepts requests to manage BLE advertising without enforcing the required permission. Local execution on an affected Android 12 or 13 device is required; the result is unauthorized control of the device's BLE advertisements.
