Privilege escalation in Google Android 14 System UI allows local users to bypass factory reset protection through a logic error. Google has not disclosed the affected function or the faulty decision that permits the bypass beyond identifying a System UI logic error. A local user with low privileges can exploit the flaw without user interaction to defeat device-ownership protection and gain elevated privileges.
