Cross-user image disclosure via unchecked metadata URI

Information disclosure in Android 11 through 13 allows local users to view another user's images through media-session metadata. MediaSessionRecord.setMetadata accepts image URIs in MediaMetadata without verifying that the caller can access them, allowing the system service to act as a confused deputy. An app with ordinary user execution privileges can expose cross-user images without user interaction; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
