Cross-user image disclosure via unchecked StatusHints icon

Information disclosure in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to read another user's images through crafted StatusHints icons. ConnectionServiceWrapper accepted URI-backed StatusHints icons from a ConnectionService without validating that the embedded user ID matched the calling user. Exploitation requires a local malicious app implementing a ConnectionService and user interaction; it exposes cross-profile image content without additional execution privileges.
