Missing authorization in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to cross user-profile boundaries via notification URIs. Notification.visitUris fails to pass remote-input history item URIs to the permission-checking visitor, leaving those content URIs unverified. A locally executing app needs no user interaction and can access content across Android user-profile boundaries.
