Local privilege escalation via unchecked buffer write

Out-of-bounds write in Android kernel libdmc allows local users with System privileges to escalate privileges without interaction. The load_dt_data function in storage.c writes past a buffer because it fails to check the relevant bound before copying data. The flaw is limited to the libdmc component on affected Pixel devices; successful exploitation grants privileges above the Android System context.
