Cleartext transmission in the Android kernel allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information over cellular networks. An insecure default in the Exynos SLSI subcomponent permits affected cellular traffic to use unencrypted transport. No privileges or user interaction are required, but exploitation depends on cellular-network exposure and affects confidentiality only.
