Local memory disclosure via unchecked address lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Android 13 wpa_supplicant interfaces allow local users to disclose process memory without interaction. Multiple StaIface and P2pIface methods pass variable-length byte vectors as fixed six-byte MAC or BSSID addresses without first validating their lengths. A low-privileged local caller can trigger the reads through supplicant interfaces; the documented consequence is disclosure only.
