Diagnostic-file disclosure via unrestricted support endpoints
Published Apr 21, 2023 · Updated Feb 4, 2025
Access control failure in Devolutions Server 2023.1.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download diagnostic files. The support-ticket endpoints authorize ordinary authenticated accounts to submit tickets and retrieve diagnostic logs instead of restricting diagnostic-log access to administrators. Any authenticated account can reach the affected endpoints; the documented consequence is disclosure of diagnostic data, not modification or service interruption.
