Permission bypass in Android 13 Wi-Fi services allows local users to elevate privileges through a confused-deputy flaw. Wi-Fi RTT, Aware, and P2P handlers unparcel AttributionSource identity data outside its originating Binder transaction, causing later permission checks to trust the wrong caller context. A low-privileged local app can reach the affected operations without user interaction or additional execution privileges.
