Local privilege escalation via concurrent parameter updates

Double-free memory corruption in Android's Adreno GPU driver allows local users to escalate privileges through concurrent ioctl calls. The adreno_set_param path lets concurrent MSM_SET_PARAM requests replace COMM or CMDLINE values and free the same prior allocation more than once because access lacks GPU-lock serialization. A low-privileged local process on a device using the affected Adreno driver can trigger the race without user interaction and gain elevated execution.
