Local privilege escalation via reparceled Intent substitution

Confused-deputy behavior in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to load code into the System Settings app. AccountManagerService skips checkKeyIntent when KEY_INTENT initially appears null, allowing a self-changing Bundle to substitute an unchecked Intent after reparceling. A low-privileged local app can reach the path without user interaction and execute code with System Settings privileges.
