Local privilege escalation via unsanitized display transactions

Missing authorization in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to take over the screen through crafted display transactions. DisplayState::sanitize previously failed to strip layer-stack, display-projection, and surface-change flags when callers lacked SurfaceFlinger access. A low-privileged local caller needs no user interaction and can replace displayed content, affecting the integrity and confidentiality of what appears on screen.
