Local privilege escalation via XTLV buffer overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Android's bcm4389 Wi-Fi driver allows local users with System privileges to elevate privileges without interaction. The rtt_unpack_xtlv_cbfn callback in dhd_rtt.c writes beyond its destination buffer while unpacking an oversized XTLV event. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges on an affected Pixel device and can corrupt kernel memory to gain higher local privileges.
