Local privilege escalation via unchecked roam-cache write

Out-of-bounds write in the Android kernel allows local users with System execution privileges to escalate privileges without interaction. The add_roam_cache_list function in wl_roam.c adds an entry to the bcm4389 driver's roaming cache without checking the destination bounds, allowing a write outside the intended buffer. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges on a supported Pixel device using the affected driver; the reported consequence is local elevation of privilege.
