Privilege escalation via unchecked hidden-network SSID write

Out-of-bounds write in the Android kernel allows local users with System execution privileges to elevate privileges without interaction. The wl_update_hidden_ap_ie function in wl_cfgscan.c updates hidden-network information elements without bounding an SSID-related write to the destination buffer. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges on a device using the bcm4389 driver, and the resulting overwrite can raise privileges without user interaction.
