Remote information disclosure via SMS bounds omission

Out-of-bounds read in the SMS codec of Pixel-family Android before 2023-03-01 allows remote attackers to disclose data via crafted SMS input. The sms_GetTpPiIe function in sms_PduCodec.c reads beyond the input buffer because it omits a bounds check for an SMS parameter-indicator element. No privileges or user interaction are required, and the published consequence is limited to information disclosure.
