Out-of-bounds write in libexynosdisplay's load_png_image on Android kernel builds allows local users to gain elevated privileges. The function insufficiently validates PNG image data before writing it, allowing data to pass beyond the intended buffer boundary. Exploitation requires System-level execution privileges and no user interaction, limiting exposure to already highly privileged local code.
