Local information disclosure via unchecked HAL metadata conversion

Out-of-bounds read in the Camera HAL on Google Pixel devices with the Android kernel allows local users to disclose information. ConvertToHalMetadata in aidl_utils.cc reads past a metadata buffer because it omits a bounds check when converting AIDL camera metadata. Exploitation requires System execution privileges and no user interaction, and exposure is limited to data readable beyond the buffer.
