Cross-provider appointment access via unfiltered calendar response

Improper access control in Easy!Appointments before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to view and edit other providers' appointments. Calendar::get_calendar_appointments returns appointments and unavailability records without filtering them by the session user or a secretary's assigned providers. Provider or secretary access is required, exposing other providers' scheduling details and allowing appointment records to be changed.
