Local information disclosure via incomplete fixup-array bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in Android 13 libufdt allows local users with System execution privileges to disclose process memory without interaction. The ufdt_local_fixup_prop function in ufdt_overlay.c fails to validate that a fixup-offset property is a complete array of fdt32_t values, so iteration reads past the property buffer. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges and exposes adjacent memory, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
