Authenticated file disclosure via unfiltered URL fetch

Absolute path traversal in Mogu Blog v2 5.0 through 5.2 allows remote authenticated users to disclose local files via urlList. uploadPictureByUrl passes each unfiltered URL to java.net.URL, reads the resulting stream, and appends it to a JPG under the public upload path. Exploitation requires a valid authorization token and local-file upload storage; retrieved file contents become readable from the generated image URL.
