Denial of service in the Android 13 Framework allows local users to force a persistent reboot loop through a malformed intent filter. Package Manager APIs accept and persist intent filters without rejecting invalid data-path or scheme-specific-part patterns. User-level code can reach the affected APIs without interaction; successful exploitation leaves the device repeatedly rebooting.
