Information disclosure via truncated Bluetooth completion event

Out-of-bounds read in Android 13's Bluetooth server allows local users with System privileges to disclose process memory without interaction. The btm_read_tx_power_complete function consumes HCI completion fields without first checking that the event buffer contains the required one, two, or four bytes. Exploitation requires local System execution privileges and a short completion event; it exposes Bluetooth-server memory but does not require user interaction.
