Out-of-bounds read in Android 12, 12L, and 13 Framework allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through crafted RTSP media. The dropFramesUntilIframe function in AAVCAssembler.cpp scans attacker-controlled AVC frame data without an adequate bounds check, allowing a heap read past the available data. Exploitation requires no privileges or user interaction and is limited to remote information disclosure, with no reported data modification or service interruption.
