Local privilege escalation via closed USB connection

Use-after-free in Android 10 through 13 UsbRequest allows local users to elevate privileges by queueing work on a closed USB connection. UsbRequest.queue() could race UsbDeviceConnection.close() without a shared lock, sending a request through a connection whose native resources had been freed. A locally running app needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction; successful exploitation corrupts memory and gains higher privileges.
