Privilege escalation via unmasked pending-intent flags

Privilege escalation in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows remote attackers to gain additional privileges via crafted pending-intent launch flags. ActivityOptions.getPendingIntentLaunchFlags returns every stored caller-controlled flag bit instead of restricting the result to permitted task and receiver flags. No existing privileges or user interaction are required, and exploitation crosses the pending-intent caller's authority boundary.
