OS command injection in Kylin Assistant before 3.1.4.13 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through its system D-Bus service. The adjust_cpufreq_scaling_governer method appends a caller-controlled governor value to a shell command and passes it to os.system() as root. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an exposed CPU-frequency scaling_governor node, yielding root command execution.
