Cross-tenant volume disclosure via stale SCSI attachment

Information disclosure in OpenStack Cinder and Nova allows remote authenticated users to access another tenant's iSCSI or FC volume. Cinder permits deletion of an instance volume attachment without notifying Nova, leaving host, port, and LUN plumbing that reconnects when identifiers are reused. The intentional path requires a regular cloud account and an iSCSI or FC deployment; exposure is limited to the later volume on the same host.
