Subscriber settings modification via unchecked save request

Missing authorization in Essential Blocks for Gutenberg 4.0.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify plugin settings. The save function writes request-supplied settings without a capability check and skips nonce verification when the nonce parameter is absent. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized changes to the plugin's configuration.
