Improper access control in GitLab allows remote authenticated users with Developer access to read CI/CD variables through project import. The project import feature exposes CI/CD variables to the importing Developer without enforcing the intended access boundary. Developer membership and access to project import are required; disclosed values can include pipeline secrets, and no service interruption is reported.
