Missing authorization in Rock Solid Plugins Bulletin 3.6.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify settings and bulletins. Six AJAX handlers, including bulletinwp_update_bulletin and bulletinwp_import_bulletins, process state-changing requests without checking the caller's WordPress capability. A subscriber account is sufficient to change settings, update status, create or alter bulletins, and import or export bulletin data.
