Configuration disclosure and disruption via unrestricted FTP transfers

Unrestricted file upload in MELSEC RJ71EIP91 and FX5-ENET/IP allows remote authenticated users to alter communication settings. The modules' FTP function does not restrict uploaded or downloaded file types, so a logged-in user can read, overwrite, or delete communication configuration files. A valid FTP login is required for this flaw alone; altered settings can stop communications or trigger unintended communications after a reboot.
