Unauthenticated FTP access via hard-coded password

Hard-coded password use in all Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC RJ71EIP91 and FX5-ENET/IP modules allows remote attackers to access the modules via FTP. The FTP authentication path uses a fixed password embedded in the affected modules, allowing the recovered credential to bypass normal login controls. Network reachability to FTP is required; successful access exposes module files and communication settings, while this CVE does not cover modification or service interruption.
