Use-after-free in MediaTek display DRM on Android 11.0, 12.0, and 13.0 allows local users with System privileges to escalate privileges. A synchronization race permits a display DRM object to be freed while another execution path still uses it, creating a stale reference. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges, needs no user interaction, and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
