CVE-2023-20601

Local denial of service via invalid array index

Published Feb 12, 2026 · Updated Feb 12, 2026

Improper array-index validation in AMD Radeon VII and Radeon PRO VII allows local users to interrupt service via out-of-bounds memory access. The RAS TA Driver accepts an invalid array index and accesses memory outside the intended bounds; AMD has not identified the affected routine or request. Exploitation requires high local privileges and can reduce availability, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
