Cross-context data disclosure via stale divider result

Division-by-zero handling in affected AMD Zen 1 processors allows local users to read speculative data from another execution context. After a faulting integer division by zero, the shared divider speculatively forwards the latched quotient from the preceding DIV operation to the faulting thread. The exposure requires local execution on the same CPU core, and the disclosed quotient can originate in a higher-privilege context but is not attacker-selected.
