Local data disclosure via cache power collisions

Power side-channel exposure in AMD Processors allows local users to read sensitive data through software-visible CPU power measurements. Cache-line replacement combines attacker-controlled and victim values, and the resulting power variation reveals their Hamming distance across repeated measurements. The strongest variant requires a sibling thread on the same physical core and simultaneous victim access; direct RAPL readings also require privilege, while unprivileged throttling signals leak far more slowly.
