Web cache poisoning in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express before 12.5(1)SU03 ES02 allows remote attackers to redirect users. The Tomcat implementation improperly validates crafted HTTP requests sent to a specific Finesse Portal API endpoint, causing the internal WebProxy to use an attacker-controlled host. Exploitation requires a third-party web application that uses Unified CCX APIs; the Finesse desktop web application is not exposed.
