Device reload via crafted AppQoE or UTD traffic

Denial of service in AppQoE and UTD on Cisco IOS XE Software allows remote attackers to reload affected devices with crafted traffic. A crafted stream traversing an enabled AppQoE or UTD instance is mishandled, causing the wncd process to consume memory until the device reloads. No authentication is required, but exposure is limited to listed platforms running an affected release with AppQoE or UTD enabled.
