Improper access control in Cisco Catalyst Center affected releases allows remote attackers to read and modify internal-service data. An API handler does not enforce access controls on crafted requests and exposes a repository used by an internal service. Exploitation requires no authentication, but Disaster Recovery must be enabled; successful requests expose and alter only data handled by that service.
