Cross-site request forgery in Cisco IP Phones with Multiplatform Firmware 11.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to reset devices. The web-based management interface accepts a state-changing factory-reset request without sufficient CSRF validation, including on Video Phone 8875 devices running PhoneOS before 2.0. Exploitation requires an authenticated interface user to follow a crafted link; the resulting factory reset interrupts phone service.
